摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎(Coronavirus Disease 2019,COVID-19)具有传染性强,传播面广的特点。目前防控方法主要是早发现、早诊断、早隔离、早治疗,放射检查贯穿于COVID-19诊治的全过程。在COVID-19确诊患者的治疗过程中,多次CT复查,将导致公众辐射剂量增高。为了保护医患,放射技师应规范做好X射线辐射和院内感染双重防护工作。在严格做好医患预防COVID-19交叉感染的前提下,规范检查设备与辐射防护用品的消毒。本文首次提出发热检查专区辐射防护用品的配置数量,污染与清洁防护用具分区存放,以及在不同情况下辐射防护用品消毒后间隔使用的时间等。规范使用辐射防护用具,根据患者类型,疾病的进程采用个性化检查参数,利用人工智能等新技术提高CT和DR图像质量,降低X射线辐射剂量。建议在做好被检者辐射防护的同时,对陪检人员,以及床旁DR检查时的周围人员进行规范防护,降低公众辐射剂量水平。COVID-19疫情期,降低X射线辐射危害与预防医患院内交叉感染同等重要。
Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has the characteristics of strong infectivity and wide spread.At present,the prevention and control methods are mainly early detection,early diagnosis,early isolation and early treatment.Radiation examination runs through the whole process of diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19.During the treatment of COVID-19,repeated CT scans will lead to increased radiation dose.In order to protect doctors and patients,radiology department should do a good job in radiation protection and infection control,and disinfection of the equipment.For the first time,this article puts forward the quantity of radiation protection in the heating inspection area,the partition storage of pollution and cleaning protection articles,and the interval of using radiation protection articles after disinfection under different conditions.The use of radiation protective equipment was regulated according to the type of patients,and the personalized parameters were performed during the examination of the disease processing.Artificial intelligence and other new technologies were used to improve the quality of CT and DR images,reduce the dose of X-ray radiation.It was suggested that while doing a good job in the radiation protection of the examinees,the accompanying personnel,as well as the surrounding personnel during the bedside DR inspection should be standardized protection to reduce the radiation dose level of the public.
