摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎(Coronavirus Disease 2019,COVID-19)被证实为是由一种新型冠状病毒感染的呼吸道传染病,国际病毒分类委员会将该病毒命名为严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2。该病毒主要通过呼吸道飞沫和密切接触传播,易感人群为普遍易感。疫情期间COVID-19患者合并胸痛(急性心梗)、脑卒中、出血等急诊病变,经综合评估患者获益和感染风险,急需进行数字减影血管造影并行介入治疗。介入手术室必须做好专门针对确诊及疑似COVID-19患者在必须行介入治疗时的工作流程及防护措施。为防止COVID-19疫情继续传播和扩散,有效降低介入工作人员医院感染风险,规范介入影像技术的工作流程,中华医学会影像技术分会组织国内多家COVID-19定点医院的影像技术、介入医师和感染防控专家共同努力,制订了《新型冠状病毒肺炎患者介入诊疗手术工作流程与感染防控专家共识(第一版)》,指导介入诊疗中的感染防控工作。
Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)was confirmed to be a respiratory infectious disease caused by a novel coronavirus,which was named as severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 by the International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses.The virus is spread mainly through respiratory droplets and close contact,and the susceptible population is generally susceptible.Patients with COVID-19 may be complicated with chest pain(acute myocardial infarction),stroke,hemorrhage and other emergency diseases during the epidemic period,and need digital subtraction angiography and interventional radiology urgently after comprehensive evaluation of patients’benefits and infection risks.Interventional operating room must do a good job in the work flow and protective measures for patients with confirmed and suspected COVID-19 when necessary.In order to effectively reduce the risk of nosocomial infection among interventional staff,and standardize the workflow in interventional radiology department,an expert group was established from several designated hospitals for COVID-19 under the endeavor of Chinese Society of Imaging Technology,Chinese Medical Association,and formulated the Expert Consensus on Interventional Surgery Process for Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia patients and Infection Prevention and Control to guide the prevention and control of interventional treatment infection.
