摘要
公共建筑是人员活动密集场所,而实际室内环境数据获取较难,尤其是功能复杂的大型公共建筑,运营后的室内环境质量评价不充分。本文选取大连某绿色公共建筑中人员活动密集的会议展演区域作为研究对象,通过监测室内环境参数和采集数据,区分有无活动的典型日,对比不同朝向和不同使用面积的会议区域室内环境变化,分析影响室内热环境的原因和项目运营中存在的问题,以期为大型绿色公共建筑设计和运营效益提升提供参考。
Public buildings are densely populated places.However,it is difficult to obtain the actual indoor environment data,especially for largescale public buildings with complex functions.Besides,the indoor environment quality evaluation after operation is insufficient.This paper selects a conference area of a green public building where people are active in Dalian as the research object.Through monitoring and data collection of indoor environmental parameters,it distinguishes between typical days with and without activity,and compares the indoor environmental changes in the meetings with different orientations and areas of use.Then it analyzes the reasons that affect the indoor thermal environment and the problems in project operation,with a view to provide a reference for the design and operation efficiency improvement of large green public buildings.
