摘要
水利灌溉基础设施建设与农业节水技术实施,对于干旱区农业经济发展具有重要作用。基于干旱区农业节水灌溉发展目标要求及相关问题,从注重水资源利用合理配置、实施农业节水综合策略、加强灌区体制机制管理改革等方面进行分析研究,以期为干旱区农业节水及高效用水提供参考。
The construction of water conservancy and irrigation infrastructure and the implementation of agricultural water-saving technology play an important role in the development of agricultural economy in arid areas.Based on the development objectives of agricultural water-saving irrigation in arid areas,this paper analyzes and studies from the aspacts of focusing on the rational allocation of water resources utilization,the implementation of the comprehensive strategy of agricultural water-saving,and the strengthening of the management reform of the system and mechanism of irrigated areas,in order to provide reference for agricultural water-saving and efficient water use in arid areas.
