摘要
目的:探讨社区开展居家压力性损伤管理的可预见性问题,并提供解决方案。方法:采取质性研究的现象学研究法,通过立意抽样法对社区护士进行半结构访谈,使用Colaizzi法分析所获资料,根据定性研究的综合标准(COREQ)报告研究结果。结果:社区护士对居家压力性损伤管理必要性认识充分,但管理受到来自家庭照顾者、社区护士及上级管理部门的影响,有待进一步完善。结论:社区护士需在政府、社区服务中心和家庭照顾者等各方的支持下开展居家压力性损伤管理。
Objective:To explore the predict ability problems of the home pressure injury management in community and provide solutions,so as to respond the national medical and health integration policy.Methods:The phenomenological research method of qualitative research was adopted.The semi-structured interviews were conducted among community nurses through the purpose sampling method.The content was analyzed by the Colaizzi content analysis.The research results were reported according to the consolidated criteria for reporting qualitative studies(COREQ).Results:Community nurses fully understand the necessity of management of home-based pressure injury.The management of home pressure injury were affected by 3 factors:family caregivers,community nurses,and related organizations,and need to be further developed.Conclusion:Community nurses need to carry out home pressure injury management with the support of the government,community service centers and family caregivers.
