摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,城市化进程不断加快,产业结构不断优化升级,原工业用地、住宅用地和公共建设用地在搬迁或拆迁后遗留。土壤环境污染问题日益突出,严重影响了居民的生活环境。为了安全有效地开发利用现有的建设用地,有必要对建设用地土壤污染进行调查,并进行风险评估,确保建设用地的安全开发利用。本文主要介绍了建设用地土壤污染调查与风险评价的要点,为相关工作者提供参考。
With the rapid development of social economy,the process of urbanization is accelerating, the industrial structure is optimizing and upgrading,and the original industrial land, residential land and public construction land are left after relocation or demolition.The problem of soil environmental pollution is increasingly prominent, which has seriously affected the living environment of residents.In order to develop and utilize the existing construction land safely and effectively,it is necessary to investigate the soil pollution of the construction land and carry out risk assessment to ensure the safe development and utilization of the construction land.This paper mainly introduces the key points of soil pollution investigation and risk assessment of construction land, and provides reference for relevant workers.
