Sediments are usually formed by clay, sediment, organic matter, and various mineral mixtures deposited on the bottom of water bodies after a long period of physical, chemical, and biological effects and water transport.Human agricultural production, industry, life, can make the composition of sediments biased. As a kind of potentially harmful elements, heavy metals do not degrade naturally after entering the water body, and accumulate in the sediment to become persistent pollutants[1].When the water quality environment changes(mainly: water temperature, conductivity, dissolution ,Oxygen, pH, ORP, water flow),heavy metals will precipitate from the sediment and enter the water body, and will enter the human body through biological enrichment to affect it.
