摘要
"一气周流"包括子午周天及卯酉周天,子午周天是身体前后上下的气血循环,卯酉周天是左右的气血循环,二者构成一个气血循环的立体空间结构。子午周天主要用于"形"方面的诊断与治疗,卯酉周天则主要用于"气"方面的治疗。妇科疾病的产生,常为脏腑功能失常,气血失调,影响冲任督带,最终损伤胞宫所致。故妇科病的"一气周流"针刺疗法主要包括:调形、调气。其中,调气常用的穴位有:大陵-太冲,中渚-足临泣,复溜-尺泽,支沟-太白,小节-太冲,太白-足三里,合谷-太冲。
"Circumfluence at a stretch"includes midnight-noon circle of day and night,and Mao-You circle of day and night.The former refers to the circulation of qi and blood in the front and back,the upward and downward sides of the body,while the latter refers to the circulation of qi and blood in the left and right sides of the body.They form a three-dimensional space structure of qi and blood circulation.The midnight-noon circle is mainly used for the diagnosis and treatment of"shape",while Mao-You circle is mainly used for the treatment of"qi".The occurrence of gynecological diseases is often caused by dysfunction of viscera,disorder of qi and blood circulation,leading to damage to thoroughfare and conception vessels,governor vessel and belt vessel,and finally damage of the uterus.Therefore,the acupuncture therapy of""circumfluence at a stretch"in gynecological diseases mainly includes:regulating the shape and qi.Among them,the commonly used acupoints for regulating qi are as follows:Daling(PC 7)-Taichong(LV 3),Zhongzhe(SJ 3)-Zulinqi(GB 41),Fuliu(KI 7)-Chize(LU 5),Zhigou(SJ 6)-Taibai(SP 3),Xiaojie(extra point)-Huozhu(LV 3),Taibai(SP 3)-Zusanli(ST 36),Linggu(LI 4)-Huozhu(LV 3).
