摘要
本文针对新疆某发电厂无法达到国家和新疆地方环保部门“超低排放”要求,在现有处理设施基础上,对该厂2×330MW超临界压力燃煤机组进行超低排放改造。#1和#2两机组均采用选择性催化还原法(SCR)脱硝工艺,新增备用层催化剂,且#1机组进行空预器改造;除尘超低排放改造#1机组采用现有电除尘恢复性检修+高频电源+预留相变凝聚器+湿式静电除尘装置改造;#2机组在原有除尘装置基础上配套高频电源,同时改造电控技术。烟气脱硫超低排放改造#1和#2机两机组均采用双塔双循环方案。经对改造工程进行综合评价,颗粒物、SO2、NOX排放浓度达到限制要求。
In response to a power plant in Xinjiang failing to meet the“ultra-low emission”requirements of the national and Xinjiang local environmental protection authorities,based on the existing power plant pollutant treatment facilities,it is necessary to carry out ultra-low emissions on the power plant’s 2×330MW supercritical pressure coal-fired units makeover.Both#1 and#2 units use the selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitration process,new standby layer catalysts are added,and the#1 unit is retrofitted with an air preheater.Renovation of ultra-low emission of dust removal For the#1 unit,the existing electric dust removal restorative maintenance+high-frequency power supply+reserved phase-change condensator+wet electrostatic dust removal device reconstruction was adopted,and Unit#2 is equipped with high-frequency power supply on the basis of the original dust removal device,and at the same time,the electric control technology is modified.The two units of the#1 and#2 units of the flue gas desulfurization and ultra-low emission retrofitting both adopt a double tower and double cycle scheme.After comprehensive evaluation of the reconstruction project,the emission concentrations of particulate matter,SO2,and NOX reached the limit.
