摘要
目的 :探讨患者参与医药研发创新的动力因素。方法 :基于用户参与创新理论,通过文献研究,分析患者参与医药研发创新的内部和外部动力因素。结果 :内部动力因素包括患者未满足的需求、患者特性与能力;外部动力因素包括国家医药政策、医药研发企业和互联网的发展。结论:政府应搭建各利益相关方互动交流平台,以辅助监管决策;医药研发企业应转变研发创新模式,提高创新效率;患者应提高医药知识水平,积极表达诉求。
Objective:To investigate the dynamic factors of patient involvement in medicine R&D and innovation.Methods:Based on the theory of user involvement in innovation,the internal and external dynamic factors of patient involvement in medicine R&D and innovation process are analyzed by literature research.Results:The internal dynamic factors are patients’unmet needs,their characteristics and ability.The external dynamic factors are national medical policy,pharmaceutical companies and development of the internet.Conclusion:The government should build an interactive communication platform for various stakeholders to assist regulatory decision-making,the pharmaceutical companies should change the medicine R&D innovation mode to improve innovation efficiency and the patients should improve the medical knowledge level and actively express their demands.
