复合营养素对大足黑山羊羔羊增重、血清生化指标、瘤胃发酵和抗氧化状态的影响 被引量:8

Effects of dietary complex nutrients supplementation on weight gain,serum biochemistry,rumen fermentation and antioxidant status of Dazu black goat lambs

摘要 试验旨在研究复合营养素对大足黑山羊羔羊增重、血清生化指标、瘤胃发酵和抗氧化状态的影响。试验选择2~3月龄体重相近[(10.25±0.83)kg]的大足黑山羊24只,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组12只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂添加5‰复合营养素的试验日粮,试验期为70d。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组羔羊平均日增重有所提高(P>0.05);血清尿素氮、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶和肌酐均有所下降(P>0.05);瘤胃内异丁酸、异戊酸的摩尔比显著增加(P<0.05);瘤胃上皮组织中总抗氧化能力水平以及超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性均有所提高(P>0.05)。由此可见,复合营养素可以在一定程度上提高机体的抗氧化能力,改善血液生理状态,调控瘤胃发酵过程,并增加羔羊的日增重。 The experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary complex nutrients supplementation on the weight gain,serum biochemical indexes,rumen fermentation,and antioxidant status of Dazu black goat lambs.Twenty-four 2~3-month-old Dazu black goat lambs with similar body weight[(10.25±0.83)kg]were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a test group,with 12 in each group.The control group was fed the basal diet,and the test group was fed basal diet mixed with 5‰of complex nutrients.The experimental period last 70 d.The results shows as follows:the average daily gain of lambs in the test group were higher than those of the control group(P>0.05);The concentrations of serum urea nitrogen,aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase and creatinine of lambs in the test group were decreased(P>0.05).The molar ratio of isobutyric acid and isovaleric acid in the rumen of lambs in the test group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The total antioxidant capacity level and superoxide dismutase,catalase,and glutathione peroxidase activities in rumen epithelium of lambs in the test group were higher than those of the control group(P>0.05).In conclusion,complex nutrients could improve the antioxidant status,enhance the blood physiological state,regulate rumen fermentation,and increase the weight gain of lambs to a certain extent.
