合成工艺对MQ硅树脂摩尔质量及其分布的影响 被引量:3

Influence of Synthesis Process on Molar Mass of MQ Silicone Resin and its Distribution

摘要 以正硅酸乙酯、六甲基二硅氧烷为主要原料合成MQ硅树脂,考察了共聚反应时间及温度、自聚反应时间及温度、硫酸及异丙醇的用量对MQ硅树脂摩尔质量的影响。结果表明:随着共聚时间的延长,MQ硅树脂摩尔质量小幅升高;随着共聚温度的升高,MQ硅树脂摩尔质量变化不大;随着自聚时间的延长,MQ硅树脂摩尔质量先升后降,并在后期再次升高;随着自聚温度的升高,MQ硅树脂摩尔质量逐渐升高;随着硫酸用量的增加,MQ硅树脂摩尔质量先降后升;随着异丙醇用量的增加,正硅酸乙酯水解速率提高,MQ硅树脂摩尔质量先升后降,摩尔质量分布系数由14.63降至1.97。 MQ silicone resin was synthesized with tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)and hexamethyldisiloxane as the raw materials.The effect of copolymerization time and temperature,self-polymerization time and temperature,the amount of sulfuric acid and isopropanol on the molar mass of MQ silicone resin were investigated.The results show that with the extension of the copolymerization time,the molar mass of MQ silicone resin increased slightly;with the increase of the copolymerization temperature,the molar mass of MQ silicone resin did not change much;with the extension of the self-polymerization time,the molar mass of MQ silicone resin first rises and then falls,and then rises again in the later.With the increase of the self-polymerization temperature,the molar mass of MQ silicone resin gradually increases.With the increase of the amount of sulfuric acid,the molar mass of MQ silicone resin first decreases and then rises;with the increase of the amount of isopropanol,the hydrolysis rate of TEOS increases,and the molar mass of MQ silicone resin increases first and then decreases,and the molar mass distribution coefficient decreases from 14.63 to 1.97.
