摘要
目的观察浮针治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照研究方法,将招募的70例急性踝关节扭伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各35例,治疗组采用浮针治疗,对照组采用传统针刺治疗,各治疗1周。观察2组治疗前、治疗24 h后及治疗1周的疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS评分)、踝与后足功能评分量表(AOFAS评分)的得分情况,比较2组的临床疗效。结果治疗结束后,治疗组的总有效率为97.1%,对照组的总有效率为77.1%,2组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗后24 h及治疗1周后,治疗组的VAS评分及AOFAS评分均优于对照组,2组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后24 h及治疗1周后的VAS评分及AOFAS评分与治疗前相比均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论浮针在治疗急性踝关节扭伤时,通过其特殊的针体及行针手法作用于皮下疏松结缔组织,使阻滞的组织通道贯通,使紧张的血管、肌肉舒张,恢复组织液、血液的运行与代谢,从而达到止痛和促进关节功能恢复的目的。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling for acute Ankle Sprain..Methods Seventy patients with acute ankle sprain were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,35 in each group.The treatment group was treated with Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling,while the control group was intervened with conventional acupuncture treatment,treatment for one week.VAS score and AOFAS score were observed after 24 h and one week of the treatment in the two groups,and the clinical effi cacies were compared.Results After treatment,the total eff ective rate of the Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling group was 97.1%and the conventional acupuncture group was 77.1%,there is a signifi cant diff erence between the two group(P<0.05).After 24 h and one week of the treatment,the improvement of the VAS scores and AOFAS score in the Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling group were better than the conventional acupuncture group,there is a signifi cant diff erence between the two group(P<0.05).After 24 h and one week of the treatment,compared with before treatment,the VAS score were improved signifi cantly in both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of acute ankle sprain,Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling act on loose connective tissue under the skin through its special needle body and needling technique,so as to make blocked tissue channels through,relax tense blood vessels and muscles,restore the movement and metabolism of tissue fl uid and blood, thus achieving the purpose of pain relief and promoting the recovery of joint function.
