摘要
主要对石油化工设备安装过程中的现场管理进行研究。阐述了石油化工设备安装工作具有技术含量高和综合性强的特点;分析了石油化工设备安装过程中的现场管理具有提升企业经济效益、保证工作环境安全重要作用;针对石油化工设备安装过程中的现场管理,提出加强设备安装准备环节管理、安装过程管理、设备安装后管理等措施。
This paper mainly studies the field management in the process of petrochemical equipment installation.It describes the installation of petrochemical equipment,which has the characteristics of high technical content and comprehensive characteristics,analyzes the field management in the process of petrochemical equipment installation,which plays an important role in improving the economic benefit of enterprises and ensuring the safety of working environment,in view of the field management of petrochemical equipment installation,some measures are put forward,such as strengthening the management of equipment installation preparation,the management of installation process and the management of equipment after installation.
