摘要
目前新型冠状病毒正在我国流行。2020年2月11日,世界卫生组织(WHO)和国际病毒分类委员会冠状病毒研究小组,正式将新型冠状病毒命名为严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2(SARS-CoV-2),而由其引起的疾病则被命名为新型冠状病毒疾病(COVID-19)。孕妇和新生儿是SARS-CoV-2易感人群,并且由于其特殊的生理特点,备受临床关注。笔者拟根据近期关于新生儿和孕产妇SARS-CoV-2感染的临床、基础研究和相关指南的最新研究进展进行阐述,旨在为SARS-CoV-2感染的母婴围生期管理提供快捷、实用的参考。
The novel coronavirus infection has been continuously prevalent in China recently.On February 11,2020,the World Health Organization(WHO)and the Coronavirus Study Group of the International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses officially named the new coronavirus as severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)and corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)for its caused diseases.Pregnant women and newborns are susceptible to SARS-CoV-2,and because of their special physiological characteristics,they are payed more attention by clinic.This paper describes the recent clinical and basic research and guidelines on SARS-CoV-2 infection in newborns and pregnant women and provides practical reference for perinatal management of SARS-CoV-2 infection.
