摘要
介绍了导轨式胶轮电车单元式铰接车体的编组结构和主要技术参数,分析了铰接装置的工作原理、安装结构,并对铰接装置在单元式铰接车体中的受力状态进行了分析,利用拉格朗日系统方程求解。通过建立固定铰的计算模型,采用ANSYS软件校核固定铰的静强度。最后针对铰接结构的受力进行了静强度试验。验证得知铰接结构的强度满足车体的强度需求。
With an introduction of the main technical parameters related to the unit-articulated carbody marshalling structure for rubber-wheeled guide vehicle,the working principle and installation structure of the articulated devices,the tress state of which installed in the unit-articulated carbody are analyzed,.Then,the Lagrangian system equation is used to solve the force.A calculation model of the fixed hinge is established,and ANSYS software is used to check the static strength of the fixed hinge.Finally,based on a static strength test of the articulated structure,the strength of which is proven to meet the carbody strength requirements.
