摘要
针对甘肃省轨道交通项目,以投标单位作为博弈主体,对投标单位的投标报价进行研究,利用一元线性回归和博弈论相结合的方法,建立基于博弈论的轨道交通投标报价最佳对策模型。以甘肃省轨道交通1号线为研究对象,对1号线1标段投标价进行预测,当投标人均为理性投标人时,确定不同风险偏好者的最优对策。目的是求得投标报价的最优对策来减少投标单位盲目的投标成本和时间成本,以及在可以中标的前提下增加预期收益。
Aiming at the rail transit projects in Gansu Province,the bidding unit is the main body of the game,the bidding quotation of the bidding unit is studied,and the combination of univariate linear regression and game theory is used to establish the best strategy model for rail transit bidding based on game theory.Taking Gansu Rail Transit Line 1 as the research object,the bidding price of section 1 of Line 1 is predicted.When the bidders are all rational bidders,the optimal countermeasures for those with different risk preferences are determined.The purpose is to find the optimal countermeasures for bidding to reduce the blind bidding cost and time cost of the bidding unit,and to increase the expected return if the bid can be won.
