摘要
师范专业就业实习是为了学生能够更好地从事教育工作所做的一项重要举措,更是培养合格教师的一个重要环节。它是师范生初步了解学校、学生和教学工作的重要渠道,也是提高师范生职业技能的重要渠道。因此,为了培养合格的人民教师,改进高师院校师范生就业实习中存在的问题显得尤为重要。本文针对高师院校师范专业就业实习过程中存在的问题进行分析,并在此基础上提出有效的解决对策,以利于培养合格的人民教师。
The employment practice in the normal education major is an important measure for students to better engage in educational work,and it is also an important link in training qualified teachers.It is an important channel for normal students to understand the school,students and teaching work,and it is also an important channel for improving the vocational skills of normal students.Therefore,in order to train qualified people’s teachers,it is very important to improve the problems existing in the employment practice of normal college students.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the course of teacher training practice in normal colleges and universities,this paper puts forward effective countermeasures to help train qualified teachers.
