摘要
教育信息化2.0时代,信息素养已成为我国师范生未来教育教学活动必备的基本素养。研发评价指标体系与开展评价实践是实现提升师范生信息素养的重要抓手。2.0时代师范生信息素养评价指标体系立足于"信息素养培养的发展与引领""师范生双重角色定位"以及"2.0新时代人才发展要求"三大原则,该文基于大量理论研究并结合专家意见,形成了"基本信息素养""支持学习的信息素养""支持教学的信息素养"三个一级指标、九个二级指标以及二十七个观测点。在此基础上,开发了评价工具对我国师范生信息素养发展水平进行了调研,分析了突出问题,提出了针对性的对策建议。
Information literacy is the basic ability for normal students to conduct teaching and learning activities in the era of education informatization 2.0.Constructing evaluation index system and assessment practice are key points to improve normal students’information literacy.The“Information Literacy Evaluation Index System for Normal Students in the Era of Education Informatization 2.0”is based on three principles of“leading effect for development and cultivation”“a dual role of normal school students”and“new requirements of talents in the 2.0 era”.By combining a large number of theoretical research and expert opinions,the evaluation index system was constructed with three parts including“basic information literacy”“information literacy supporting learning”and“information literacy supporting teaching”,nine second-level indicators and 27 observed variables.A survey was designed and an assessment empirical study was constructed to reveal normal students’current information literacy,analyze important problems,and propose countermeasures and suggestions.
