摘要
目的:对比研究X光片与多排螺旋CT在骨关节创伤诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取我院2018年9月-2019年9月收治的骨关节创伤患者100例,随机分成对照组和实验组,各50例。对照组采用X光片进行检测,实验组采用多排螺旋CT进行检测,记录相关数据并分析。结果:(1)两组患者检查结果的灵敏度和准确度比较:通过X光片和多排螺旋CT结果显示,使用多排螺旋CT能够大大提高检测的灵敏度和准确度,两组患者数据对比差异较大,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)两组患者检测结果的误诊率和漏诊率比较:通过X光片和多排螺旋CT结果显示,使用多排螺旋CT能够大大降低检测的误诊率和漏诊率,两组患者数据对比差异较大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:在骨关节创伤的诊断中,X光片和多排螺旋CT都能取得很好的效果,但是多排螺旋CT的灵敏度和准确度更高,误诊率和漏诊率更低,在很大程度上弥补了X光片检测方法的不足,为后续治疗提供了更为准确的诊断依据,值得临床应用。
Objective To compare the application value of X-ray and multi row spiral CT in the diagnosis of bone and joint trauma.Methods a total of 100 patients with bone and joint trauma admitted in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:control group and experimental group,50 in each group.Among them,the control group was detected by X-ray,the experimental group was detected by multi row spiral CT,and the relevant data were recorded and analyzed.Results(1)the sensitivity and accuracy of the Results of the two groups were compared:the Results of X-ray and multi row spiral CT showed that the sensitivity and accuracy of the detection could be greatly improved by using multi row spiral CT,and the data of the two groups were significantly different,the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of the detection Results of the two groups were compared:by X-ray and multi row spiral CT Conclusion in the diagnosis of bone and joint trauma,both X-ray and multi row spiral CT can achieve good Results,but under the contrast,multi row spiral CT has higher sensitivity and accuracy The diagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate are lower,which make up for the deficiency of X-ray detection method to a large extent,and provide a more accurate diagnosis basis for follow-up treatment,which is worthy of our clinical application.
