三阴性乳腺癌的临床治疗现状及新进展 被引量：32

摘要 三阴性乳腺癌是指病理染色报告中,雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)及人表皮生长因子受体2(HER2)都是阴性的乳腺癌亚型。三阴性乳腺癌是一组异质性的疾病,也是目前乳腺癌治疗中最棘手的一种,死亡率最高、且最容易复发。三阴性乳腺癌对激素和靶向治疗都不敏感,治疗方法几乎只有化疗[1-3]。尽管三阴性乳腺癌对化疗具有一定的敏感性,然而经过常规化疗治疗后预后仍较差。
