摘要
基于水下回转关节的功能要求,设计了一种径向游隙可动态调整的四点接触球轴承。综合分析游隙对轴承最大轴向载荷和摩擦力矩的的影响,得到该轴承最佳径向游隙为0.04~0.06 mm。并通过试验分析该轴承在纯轴向载荷和联合载荷下的摩擦力矩,满足要求。
Based on functional requirements of underwater rotary joints,a four point contact ball bearing with dynamically adjustable radial clearance is designed.The effect of clearance on maximum axial load and friction torque of the bearing is analyzed comprehensively;and the optimal radial clearance of the bearing is between 0.04 and 0.06mm.The friction torque of the bearing under pure axial load and combined load is analyzed experimentally,and the friction torque meets the requirements.
