摘要
介绍热网调度中心的职责及工作原则。从通信网络、节能监控平台、地理信息系统、视频监控系统等方面对热网监控平台建设进行探讨。热网监控平台除实现常规热网调度外,还可实现满足个性化室温需求、无人机巡检、应急响应、热力工程建设监督等功能。
The responsibilities and working principles of the heat-supply network dispatching center are introduced.The construction of the heat-supply network monitoring platform is discussed from the aspects of communications network,energy-saving monitoring platform,geographic information system and video surveillance system.In addition to the realization of the conventional heat-supply network dispatching,the heat-supply network monitoring platform can also meet the requirements of personalized room temperature,unmanned aerial vehicle inspection,emergency response,thermal engineering construction supervision and other functions.
