摘要
目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌患者血清肌酸激酶同工酶(CKMB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平变化及临床意义。方法:2016年5月-2018年6月收治非小细胞肺癌患者42例作为试验组,同时选取同期体检健康者45例作为对照组。采用酶促反应法连续监测两组血清CKMB、LDH水平,并进行分析。结果:试验组血清CKMB、LDH水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。晚期非小细胞肺癌患者血清CKMB、LDH水平均显著高于早期患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各种病理类型非小细胞癌患者血清CKMB、LDH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:连续监测患者血清CKMB、LDH水平对非小细胞患者临床诊断有一定意义。
Objective:To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum creatine kinase isoenzyme(CKMB)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)levels in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:From May 2016 to June 2018,42 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were selected as experimental group,45 healthy patients at same period were selected as control group.Enzymatic reaction was used to continuously monitor and analyze the serum CKMB,LDH levels of the two groups.Results:Serum CKMB,LDH levels in the experimental group were significantly higher than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum CKMB,LDH levels in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were significantly higher than in early patients,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum CKMB and LDH levels in various pathological types of non-small cell carcinoma were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Continuous monitoring of serum CKMB and LDH levels has certain significance for clinical diagnosis of non-small cell patients.
