摘要
目的:分析糖尿病患者肝功能、肾功能和血脂常规生化检验对身体组织功能的影响。方法:2017年1月-2018年7月收治糖尿病患者68例,随机分为两组,各34例。对照组采取常规检验方式;观察组使用生化检验方式。比较两组诊断有效率、血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平。结果:观察组诊断有效率显著高于对照组,对照组血糖水平及糖化血红蛋白水平均低于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对糖尿病患者进行诊断时,使用生化检验诊断效率更高。
Objective:To explore the influence of the routine biochemical tests of liver function,renal function and blood lipid on the body tissue function of diabetic patients.Methods:From January 2017 to July 2018,68 diabetic patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine test.The observation group received biochemical test.We compared the diagnostic efficiency,blood glucose and HbA1 c levels between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the diagnostic efficiency was significantly higher than that in the control group,in the control group,the blood glucose level and glycosylated hemoglobin level were lower than that in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of diabetic patients,the efficiency of biochemical test is higher.
