摘要
目的:探讨信息化管理系统在急性缺血性脑卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)静脉溶栓中的应用及效果评价。方法:选择2016-06-01~2018-12-01在长海医院接受静脉溶栓的AIS患者390例。按照AIS信息化系统建立前后,将患者分为信息化组(n=201)和非信息化组(n=189)。比较两组静脉溶栓流程中各环节所需时间及医患满意度情况。结果:信息化组到院至影像时间(door-to-imaging time,DIT)和到院至给药时间(door-to-needle time,DNT)明显短于非信息化组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);信息化组的医患满意度明显高于非信息化组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对AIS救治流程实施信息化管理可以提高静脉溶栓的救治速度和医患双方的满意度。
Objective:To explore the application and effect evaluation of information management system in intravenous thrombolysis of acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods:A toatal of 390 patients with AIS underwent intravenous thrombolysis from June 1,2016 to December 1,2018 in Changhai Hospital were selected in this study.According to the establishment of information system,they were divided into information group(n=201)and non-information group(n=189).The time consumed in each step of intravenous thrombolysis and the doctor-patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The door-to-imaging time(DIT)and door-to-needle time(DNT)in the information group was significantly shorter than those in the non-information group(P<0.05).And the satisfaction of doctor-patient satisfaction in the information group was significantly higher than that in the non-information group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of information management of AIS treatment can improve the efficiency of intravenous thrombolysis and the satisfaction of both doctors and patients.
