头孢曲松钠废液中回收DM方法优化及应用

摘要 纳滤膜渗透技术或减压旋蒸浓缩头孢曲松钠废液,经中和、酸化等过程提取副产物2-巯基苯并噻唑,中和过程控制pH为10.5,酸化过程pH为1~2,控温50℃;2-巯基苯并噻唑氧化制备2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑,正交试验得到最佳条件为:甲醇与2-巯基苯并噻唑质量比2:1,35%双氧水与2-巯基苯并噻唑质量比1.25:1;反应温度50℃,反应时间90min;DM与氨基噻肟酸进一步缩合得到AE活性酯,2-巯基苯并噻唑实现循环使用。 The waste liquid of ceftriaxone sodium was concentrated by nanofiltration membrane permeation technology or vacuum rotary evaporation.The by-product M was extractedby neutralization and acidification.The pH value of neutralization process was 10.5,the pH value of acidification process was 1~2,and the temperature was 50℃;M was oxidized to prepare 2,2'-dithiodibenzothiazole were obtained by orthogonal test:the mass ratio of methanol to M was 2:1,the mass ratio of 35%hydrogen peroxide to M was 1.25:1,the reaction temperature was 50℃,the reaction time was 90 min,DM and aminothiaxamic acid were further condensed to obtain AE active ester.M can be recycled.
