摘要
目的 研究医护一体化护理模式在老年口腔种植患者护理中的应用效果.方法 将华润武钢总医院自2018年3月~2019年12月收治的80例老年口腔种植患者作为研究对象,随机将其等分为实验组和对照组,对照组40例患者采用常规护理,实验组40例患者在对照组基础上行医护一体化护理模式干预,比较两组患者抑郁评分(SAS)、焦虑评分(SDS)、生活质量评分和护理满意度.结果 护理后两组患者SAS、SDS评分较护理前明显降低,且实验组降低程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后实验组心理功能、躯体功能、认知功能、角色功能和总体评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组护理满意度(97.5%)明显高于对照组(80.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 医护一体化护理模式在老年口腔种植患者护理中的应用效果显著,值得在临床中推广.
Objective To study the application effect of integrated nursing mode of medical care inelderly patients with dental implant.Methods 80 elderly patients with dental implant admitted to CR&Wisco General Hospital from March 2018 to December 2019 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The 40 patients in the control group received routine nursing.The 40 patients in the experimental group received the intervention of integrated nursing mode of medical care on the basis of the control group.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than those before nursing,and the reduction degree of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the psychological function,physical function,cognitive function,role function and overall scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing care in the experimental group(97.5%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated nursing mode of medical care has a significant effect in the nursing of elderly patients with dental implant,so it is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
