摘要
目的探讨尿畅舒胶囊在良性前列腺增生(BPH)围手术期应用的疗效及安全性。方法采用随机、对照的方法纳入100例具有BPH手术指征的患者,分为治疗组[尿畅舒胶囊联合经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗]和对照组(单纯TURP治疗),每组50例。观察术后膀胱冲洗持续时间、冲洗液用量、膀胱痉挛发生次数、再次出血发生次数、再次尿潴留发生次数、国际前列腺症状评分(I-PSS)、生活质量评估(QOL)、最大尿流率(Qmax)等指标的变化,并记录其不良反应。结果两组治疗7 d后膀胱冲洗时间、冲洗液用量、膀胱痉挛发生次数、再次出血发生次数,治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组再次出现尿潴留的发生次数低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1月:两组I-PSS、QOL、Qmax比较,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组I-PSS、QOL、Qmax治疗前后比较,治疗后各项评分均优于本组治疗前(P<0.01)。结论BPH围手术期联合尿畅舒胶囊可明显降低术后并发症的发生率,且具有较好的安全性,为BPH围手术期的中西医结合治疗提供了优化方案。
Objective This study mainly explores the effect and the safety of Niaochangshu capsule applied during the perioperative period of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods 100 cases patients with BPH were observed in this study with random control method,and they were divided into 2 groups,the treatment group(Niaochangshu capsule+TURP)and the control group(TURP alone),50 cases for each group.After the surgery,the author observed the following indicators:bladder rinse duration,the amount of irrigation fluid,the incidence of bladder spasms,the incidence of bleeding again,urinary retention,international prostate symptom score(I-PSS),quality of life assessment(QOL),maximum flow rate(Qmax),and recorded the adverse reaction.Results The bladder flushing time,the amount of flushing fluid,the number of bladder spasms,and the number of rebleeding after 7 days of treatment in both groups were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).One month after operation:I-PSS,QOL,Qmax in the two groups were better than the control group(P<0.05);I-PSS,QOL,Qmax in the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the scores were better after treatment(P<0.01).There were no obvious differences in safety indexes such as routine blood test,routine urine test,routine stool test,liver function,kidney function and electrocardiogram in both groups before and after the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions During Perioperative Period of BPH combined with the Niaochangshu capsule can obviously reduce the postoperative complication rate and it has good security for the perioperative treatment of BPH integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment,which provides an optimum scheme.
