摘要
消费结构快速升级、乡村振兴战略深入实施,以休闲农业和乡村旅游为主要业态的农旅产业融合有力地推动了农村经济的发展。基于耦合协调度模型测度1998—2017年重庆市农业和旅游业融合水平,实证检验城乡居民消费结构升级对农旅融合发展的影响效应。重庆市农业和旅游业耦合水平处于濒临失调阶段,但农旅融合协调度逐年增强,从濒临失调上升为良好协调,消费结构升级显著推动了农旅融合发展。农村环境质量、农业技术进步、农村人力资本和农村金融发展、农村基础设施等因素对重庆市农旅融合水平产生不同程度的影响。
with the rapid upgrade of consumption structure and the in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the integrated development of rural tourism and leisure agriculture as the main formats have effectively promoted the development of rural economy.Based on the coupling coordination model,this paper measures the integration level of agriculture and tourism in Chongqing from 1998 to 2017,and further empirically tests the impact of the upgrading of consumption structure of urban and rural residents on the integration development of agriculture and tourism through the construction of econometric model.It is found that from 1998 to 2017,the coupling level of agriculture and tourism in Chongqing was the verge of imminent imbalance,but the coordination of agriculture and tourism integration increased year by year from imminent imbalance to good coordination.As a result,the upgrade of the consumption structure significantly promoted the integration of agricultural and tourism as well as their developments.In addition,factors such as rural environmental quality,agricultural technology progress,rural human capital,rural financial development,rural infrastructure and others have varying degrees of impact on the integration level of agriculture and tourism in Chongqing.
