摘要 传统的人力资源管理信息系统已经不能满足现代企业发展需求,尤其是随着人力资源管理概念的外延不断扩大,人力资源信息系统与企业具体业务关联性更加紧密,使系统数据量和并发访问量急剧提升,需要对现有的信息系统进行重新设计和改造。本文以港口特色的人力资源管理信息系统为例,根据实际人事系统的业务情况和对高可扩展性、高可用性等质量属性的要求,给出了以微服务理念为核心、整体采用层次架构风格的架构设计方案和实现方案,重点阐述了系统的微服务模块的设计与实现。 The traditional human resource management information system has not been able to meet the needs of the development of modern enterprises,especially with the extension of the concept of human resource management,the HR information system is more closely related to the specific business of the enterprise,which makes the system data volume and concurrent access volume increase dramatically,so the existing information system needs to be redesigned and transformed.Taking the human resource management information system with port characteristics as an example,according to the business situation of the actual personnel system and the requirements for high scalability,high availability and other quality attributes,this paper presents the architecture design and implementation scheme with micro service concept as the core and hierarchical architecture style as a whole,and focuses on the design and implementation of the micro service module of the system.
