摘要
目的了解青岛市养老机构老年人主观幸福度现状,分析其影响因素。方法基于现有文献研究结果制定老年人基本情况调查表,结合国际纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表对所选养老机构内入住的128名老年人进行访谈式问卷调查。结果青岛市养老机构老年人的总幸福度得分为(36.3±10.1)分。单因素分析显示:不同年龄、收入水平、身体健康状况、婚姻状况及老年人对养老机构满意度的主观幸福感得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素逐步回归分析显示:年龄、身体健康状况、老年人对机构的满意度水平是影响老年人主观幸福度的主要因素。结论青岛市养老机构老年人主观幸福度处于高水平,今后养老机构应关注老年人心理健康问题,子女需给予老年人更多的陪伴与关心,同时要继续提升养老机构医疗服务能力,加强护理人员队伍建设,逐步购置医疗设备,进一步提升老年人主观幸福感。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the status and the factors of subjective well-being among the elderly in Qingdao’s pension agency.METHODS 128 elderly in 2 pension agencies are investigated using Memorial University of Newfoudland Scale of Happiness(MUNSH)and tailor-made basic information questionnaire.RESULTS The average score of subjective well-being is(36.3±10.1).Univariate analysis shows that age,income,health status,marriage statue,the satisfaction to pension agency and the score of elderly subjective well-being,the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05);multiple stepwise regression analysis shows that different ages,health status,and the satisfaction to pension agency are the influencing factors of subjective well-being among elderly.CONCLUSION The situation of subjective well-being among the elderly in pension agency is in a high level.It is still necessary for the medical care and pension institution to pay more attention to the mental health of the elderly.Children should give the elderly more companionship and concern.Meanwhile,it needs to continuously improve the medical service capacity of the old-age care institutions,recruit more experienced nursing staff and gradually build medical equipment so as to increase the subjective well-being of the elderly.
