基于连续统去除法的玉米品种高光谱差异性研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据玉米吐丝期和灌浆期冠层光谱反射率数据,采用Savitzky-Golay滤波法进行光谱平滑处理后,利用连续统去除法对绿峰535 nm、红谷650 nm、近红外波段770 nm进行光谱分析,提取吸收峰总面积、最大吸收深度、对称度、左面积、右面积、面积归一化最大吸收深度6个玉米冠层反射光谱吸收特征,利用提取的特征参数构建高光谱反射率差异性指数,对不同品种玉米的光谱差异性进行定量分析。结果表明:除最大吸收深度差异性指数及右面积差异性指数外,其他4个指数可以表征不同玉米品种在同一时间的光谱差异性,能够定量化描述不同品种玉米的光谱特征。研究结果能够为玉米品种遥感识别、产量估算等研究提供理论依据。 According to the spectral reflectance data of maize canopy in silking stage and filling stage,the Savitzky-Golay filtering method was used to smooth the spectrum,and the continuum removal method was used to analyze the green peak at 535 nm,red valley at 650 nm,and near infrared band at 770 nm.Six characteristics of maize canopy reflectance spectrum including total absorption peak area,maximum absorption depth,symmetry,left area,right area and area normalized maximum absorption depth were extracted.The hyperspectral reflectance difference indexes was constructed by using the extracted characteristic parameters,and the spectral differences of different maize varieties were quantitatively analyzed.The results showed that except for the difference index of the maximum absorption depth and the difference index of the right area,the other four indexes could represent the spectral difference of different maize varieties at the same time and quantitatively describe the spectral characteristics of different maize varieties.The research results could provide theoretical basis for the research of maize remote sensing identification and yield estimation of maize varieties.
