摘要
基于WIOD2016构建的跨国投入-产出框架,本文借助生产分割阶段数测度及其解构分析,探讨了我国服务业参与全球价值链分工的演变规律、行业差异及其发展的影响因素。定量分析表明,服务业国内和国际生产分割已从被动嵌入全球价值链分工下的"双降"或"双升",演变为更具主动性的"国内升-国际降"发展趋势;国内生产分割扩张,奠定了全球总生产阶段数持续缓慢增长的基础。实证研究证实,考察因素更多直接表现出对国内生产分割的促进作用,生产性服务业和技术密集型服务业生产分割拓展的多因素驱动特点尤为突出。进一步探讨表明,服务业国内和国际生产分割并非替代关系,考察因素改善虽削弱前者对后者的促进作用,但同时增进后者对前者的带动作用。
Based on WIOD2016 and by constructing segmentation of production length and its proper decomposition, this paper focuses on evolution and influencing factors of service sector in global value chains. We find that both domestic and international production segmentation length(DPSL/IPSL) have been shifted from dual uptrend or dual downtrend to domestic uptrend and international downtrend. Expansion of DPSL contributes more. Further empirical research reveals that factors mainly promote DPSL, especially for producer-and technology-intensive service. We also shaw that relationship between DPSL and IPSL is not just a trade-off. Through mediating effect, related factors can weaken effect of DPSL on IPSL, while impraving the effect of IPSL on DPSL.
