摘要 目的:探讨ZBK-LCD-A1型冷沉淀制备仪制备冷沉淀凝血因子的质量。方法:选择2018年5月~2019年5月某中心血站采集的合格血液,从2018离心法制备的冷沉淀中抽检出48袋冷沉淀作为对照组,从2019年虹吸法制备的冷沉淀中抽检出48袋冷沉淀作为观察组,两组均进行检测,检测其中的Ⅷ因子和纤维蛋白原含量,并分析比较其结果;同时通过计算每种方法每人制备每袋冷沉淀所有的时间,计算制备效率,比较两组冷沉淀质量及两种制备方式下工作人员的制备效率。结果:对照组中Ⅷ因子含量、纤维蛋白原含量均低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用冷沉淀凝血因子制备仪采用虹吸法制备冷沉淀,制备数量增加,制备时间缩短,效率明显高于离心制备冷沉淀。结论:利用ZBK-LCD-A1型冷沉淀制备仪制备冷沉淀凝血因子的质量更高,制备效率更好。 Objective:To investigate the quality on preparation of cryoprecipitated coagulation factors by ZBK-LCD-A1 cryoprecipitator. Methods:Qualified blood collected at the blood station of our center from May 2018 to May 2019 was selected. 48 bags of cryoprecipitation were selected from the cryoprecipitation prepared by centrifugal method in 2018 as the control group, and 48 bags of cryoprecipitation from the cryoprecipitation prepared by siphon method in 2019 as the observation group. The two groups were tested to determine the factors Ⅷ and fibrinogen content, and the results were analyzed and compared. At the same time, the preparation efficiency was calculated by calculating the total time of each method to prepare each bag of cryoprecipitation. The quality of the two groups of cold precipitation and the preparation efficiency of the workers under the two preparation methods were compared. Results: The contents of Ⅷ factor and fibrinogen in the control group were lower than those in the observation group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The method of siphon on cryoprecipitated coagulation factors preparation by cryoprecipitator, the number of preparations increased, and the preparation time was shortened. The efficiency is significantly higher than the preparation of cold precipitation by centrifugation. Conclusion:The ZBK-LCD-A1 cryoprecipitator has higher quality and better preparation efficiency in the preparation of cryoprecipitated coagulation factors.
