摘要
目的:研究米非司酮对离体异位与在位子宫内膜雌、孕激素受体含量的影响。方法:选择90例离体异位患者作为研究对象(观察组),另同期选择90例正常子宫内膜(在位子宫内膜)作为对照组,对其采用免疫细胞化学法测定其与雌、孕激素受体含量,并分析米非司酮作用后的变化。结果:观察组分泌早期腺体PR含量相比对照组明显升高,P<0.05;其余各期无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:米非司酮对离体异位与在位子宫内膜雌、孕激素受体含量具有一定影响,即米非司酮浓度越高、其雌、孕激素受体含量越低。
Objective:To study the effect of mifepristone on the contents of estrogen and progesterone receptors in ectopic and eutopic endometrium. Methods:90 patients with ectopic endometrium were selected as the study objects(observation group), and 90 normal endometrium(eutopic endometrium) were selected as the control group. Immunocytochemical method was used to determine the content of estrogen and progesterone receptors, and the changes after the application of mifepristone were analyzed. Results:Compared with the control group, the content of PR in the glands of the observation group increased significantly in the early stage of secretion(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the other stages(P>0.05). Conclusion:Mifepristone has a certain effect on estrogen and progesterone receptor contents in ectopic and eutopic endometrium. The higher the concentration of mifepristone, the lower the estrogen and progesterone receptor contents.
