摘要
目的对孕中晚期高危妊娠患者采集脐带血后染色体异常核型检测结果以及多态性进行观察。方法选取2017年1月~2018年12月前往我院产科进行产检的150例孕中晚期高危妊娠患者为观察组,另选同期150例错过羊水检查并怀疑病毒感染或胎儿贫血或高龄孕中晚期妊娠孕妇为对照组,对两组染色体核型异常检查结果以及染色体多态性进行对比。结果观察组组染色体异常核型检出率、染色体多态性分布占比高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组内高龄孕中晚期高危妊娠患者染色体异常核型检出率、染色体多态性分布占比高于非高龄孕中晚期高危妊娠患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕中晚期高危妊娠患者脐带血染色体异常核型检出率以及染色体多态性检出率均相对较高,开展此类患者脐带血检测有助于及早发现患有染色体病的胎儿。
Objective:To observe the detection results and polymorphism of chromosome abnormality karyotype of umbilical cord blood in high-risk pregnancy in mid-late pregnancy.Methods:150 cases of patients with high-risk pregnancy in middle and late pregnancy and who underwent the production inspection in our hospital of Obstetrics Department from January,2017 to December,2018 were selected as observation group,and other 150 cases of pregnant women who missed amniotic fluid examination and suspected of viral infection or fetal anemia or middle and late pregnancy in the same period were selected as the control group.Then,the results of chromosome karyotype abnormalities and chromosome polymorphism of two groups were compared.Results:The detection rate of chromosome abnormality karyotype and the distribution of chromosome polymorphism in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of abnormal karyotype and the distribution proportion of chromosome polymorphism in the observation group were higher than those in the non-elderly patients with high-risk pregnancy in mid-late pregnancy,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection rate of chromosome abnormality karyotype in umbilical cord and the detection rate of chromosome polymorphism of patients with high-risk pregnancy in mid-late pregnancy are relatively high,which the detection of umbilical cord blood in these patients is helpful for early detection of fetuses with chromosomal diseases.
