摘要
目的:统计分析门诊治疗痤疮患者的中药饮片处方,促进临床合理使用中药饮片治疗痤疮。方法:抽取佛山市中医院皮肤科门诊2018年580例门诊痤疮患者的处方,把性别、年龄及处方中中药品种与味数、剂量、金额等信息进行统计分析。结果:痤疮就诊患者女性多于男性,诊断证型多为肺胃热盛证和阴虚内热证,治疗药物以清热药为主,用药味数集中在10~13味,用药剂数集中在7剂。结论:580例痤疮患者的中药用药具有合理性,可作为临床用药指导。
Objective:To carry out statistical analysis of the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of acne patients in the clinic and to promote the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine tablet.Methods:The prescription for 580 cases of acne in the outpatient department in 2018 were selected and statistical analysis of gender,age and prescription of traditional Chinese medicine varieties and the number of flavor,dose,amount was made.Results:The incidence of female acne is higher than that of men.The common diagnosis syndrome of acne is lung and stomach heat syndrome and Yin deficiency internal heat syndrome,most of the drugs used are heatclearing drugs.The number of drug types is from 10 to 13,the number of drug dosage is within 7.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine used in 580 cases of acne is reasonable.It can be used as clinical drug guidance.
