摘要
本文主要介绍了牛、羊感染BVDV的临床症状和病理变化、鉴别诊断方法及预防措施,由于BVDV具有多种型别,且各型又有很多亚型,基因组序列高度同源,因而抗原关系密切,即既有血清学交叉反应,又有交叉保护作用。本文主要介绍BVDV在两种动物之间的传播以及嗜性和区别诊断方法,最终为防治此类病的发生提供科学思路。
This paper mainly introduces the clinical symptoms,pathological changes,differential diagnosis methods and preventive measures of BVDV infection in cattle and sheep.Because BVDV has many types and subtypes,so the genome sequence is highly homologous,and the antigens are closely related,that is,both serological cross reaction and cross protection.This paper mainly introduces the spread of BVDV between two kinds of animals and the methods of sex preference and differential diagnosis can provide scientific ideas for the prevention and treatment of such diseases.
