摘要
2020新年伊始,一场突如其来的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情改变了所有人的生活方式。所有人都在努力地探索和尽快适应。截止2019年底占我国人口18.1%的老年人在防疫模式下也开启了不同以往的生活方式。尽管我国有80%以上的老年人选择居家养老模式养老,但是完全的居家生活对于他们自己,社区以及这个社会,都是一个极大的挑战。随着信息化社会发展,互联网+居家养老应运而生。文章就疫情中,互联网+居家养老模式给老年人生活带来的影响进行调查,运用服务设计工具对居家养老存在的问题进行探讨,提出一些设计思考。旨在为今后互联网+居家养老服务系统设计的优化提供参考。
At the beginning of the 2020,a sudden pandemic of new coronavirus pneumonia changed all the people’s lives.Everyone is trying to adapt as soon as possible.By the end of 2019,the elderly,who accounted for 18.1%of China’s population,also started a different way of life under the epidemic prevention mode.Although more than 80%of the elderly in China choose to use the home care model,the complete home life is a great challenge for themselves,the community and the society.With the development of the information society,the Internet+home care came into being.This paper investigates the impact of the Internet+home care model for the elderly during the epidemic,uses service design tools to discuss the problems of home care,and proposes some design thinking.It hopes to provide reference for the optimization of the design of Internet+home care service system in the future.
