摘要
针对山地小城市绿地总量低且分布不均衡等问题,基于社会公平理念研究绿地系统空间分布及规划方法尤为必要。在解读社会公平包含"使用公平性"和"空间集约性"两个层面的基础上,提出绿地系统规划方法,即建立绿地服务水平评价、基于GIS的绿地与居住空间耦合布局和制定绿地人均控制指标。现状服务水平评价显示绿地空间分布与人口分布之间依然存在较大的"空间失配",可借助GIS中的"最小化设施点数模型"建立人口分布与绿地配置之间的耦合关系,选取适宜的绿地"设施点",通过建立三元回归分析模型,对城市建设用地内绿地总量及人均指标实现量化测算,并成为控制性指标。
In view of the low total amount of green space and unbalanced distribution in small mountain cities,it is particularly necessary to study the spatial distribution and planning methods based on the concept of social equity.On the basis we interpret that social equity includes two levels:"using equity"and"spatial intensiveness".Then we put forward green system planning methods:the establishment of green space service level evaluation,the coupling layout of green space and residential space based on GIS,and the establishment of green space per capita control index.The evaluation of the current service level shows that there is still a large"space mismatch"between placebased equity and people-based equity.Coupling relationship between population distribution and green space allocation can be established by means of"min facility number model"in GIS,and the suitable green"facility point"can be selected.By establishing a three-dimensional regression analysis model,the total amount of green and per capita index in urban construction land can be quantitatively estimated and become a rigid control index.
