摘要
本文通过内圆柱体旋转测试法和四电极法,分别对碳化熔渣的粘度和电导率开展了研究工作。结果表明:影响碳化渣粘度的主要因素是熔渣的温度和成分,不同TiC含量的碳化渣其粘度值均随着温度的降低而增大;相同温度条件下TiC含量越高,熔渣的电导率越高。
In this paper,the viscosity and conductivity of the carbonated slag were studied through the inner cylinder rotation test and the four electrode method.The results showed that the main factors affecting the viscosity of carbonated slag were the temperature and composition of the slag.The viscosity of carbonated slag with different TiC content increased with the decrease of temperature.At the same temperature,the increase of TiC will lead to higher conductivity of the carbonated slag.
