摘要
来华留学研究生教育是我国为“一带一路”沿线国家培养和输送高层次人才的重要途径。近年来,伴随来华留学教育政策的不断完善,“一带一路”沿线国家来华留学研究生教育在规模、结构、奖学金资助、生源区域等方面都取得了重要进展。同时,也面临其规模发展不充分、生源区域不协调、奖学金分布不均衡、生源质量不高等发展困境。推进“一带一路”沿线国家来华留学研究生教育,应通过分层次推进来华留学研究生规模的均衡发展、优化来华留学奖学金资助体系、完善来华留学研究生招生制度和打造来华留学研究生教育品牌等策略。
Oversea postgraduates education in China is the crucial strategy to train high-level talents for“the Belt and Road”countries.In recent years,oversea postgraduates education from“the Belt and Road”countries in China has received great progress,in term of the scale,structure,scholarship subsidies and students’regional sources.However,there are some problems,like underdevelopment of scales,uncoordinated regional development of oversea postgraduates education in China,uneven ability in win scholarships,and the relatively poor quality of students.In order to full develop oversea postgraduates education from“the Belt and Road”countries in China,it is important to enlarge the scale of oversea postgraduates hierarchically,optimize the scholarship system,improve the enrollment management system and build the famous oversea education brand.
