摘要
数字化平台建设有助于加强西安历史文化宣传力度,可使公众深度共享历史文化资源,有利于资源信息互动整合,促进西安数字文化产业发展。西安已建设了一些历史文化资源数字化平台,但总体上对其认知不够、市级层面的平台还较为缺乏,存在系统分割、文化和科技融合不深、更多趋于展示而缺双边或多边互动等问题,平台的数字文化产业经济效益有待开发提升。针对此,西安市应高度重视历史文化资源数字化平台建设,不断深化平台建设的供给侧结构性改革,处理好省市平台的关系,关注研究平台的数字文化产业经济效益,鼓励探索PPP模式的平台建设。
Digital platform construction is helpful to strengthen the promotion intensity of the history and culture in Xi’an,to enable the public to share the historical and cultural resources,to facilitate the interaction and integration of resources and information,and to promote the development of the digital culture industry in Xi’an.Xi’an has built up some digital platforms for its historical and cultural resources,but overall,its cognition is far from enough;there is still a lack of platforms at the municipal level;there exists system segmentation;the integration of culture and technology is not deep enough;there are more exhibiting platforms but fewer bilateral and multilateral platforms;the economic benefits of the digital cultural industry of the platforms needs to be improved.The following suggestions are made:top priority should be given to the digital platform construction of Xi’an historical and cultural resources;the supply-side structural reform of the platform construction should be continuously deepened;the relationship between the provincial and municipal platforms should be well handled;the economic benefits of the digital cultural industry of the platforms should be focused on;and the exploration of the platform construction of PPP model should be encouraged.
