摘要
目的基于古今医案云平台V1.5.7软件,探讨中医药治疗化疗所致肾损害的用药规律及特点。方法本文通过搜索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方数据知识服务平台(WF)等中文数据库以及Pubmed外文数据库中建库至2019年5月1日期间,使用中医药治疗化疗所致肾损害的中药处方,构建Excel信息表,利用"古今医案云平台V1.5.7"软件对药物的使用频次、四气、五味、归经、功效、药物之间的关联规则等进行分析,从而探讨中药处方的用药规律。结果根据纳排标准,本研究共纳入文献35篇,涉及中药处方35首、中药101味,使用频次前五位的中药为:黄芪、茯苓、山萸肉、白术、大黄。药物四气多以平温,五味多以甘苦辛,归经多以脾肝肾,功效多以清热解毒、生津养血、利水渗湿为主,中药配伍关联分析频次较高的有茯苓-黄芪、白术-黄芪、白术-茯苓等。结论黄芪、茯苓、白术等是现代医家治疗化疗致肾功能损害最常用的中药,治法多以清热解毒、健脾渗湿为基础。
Objective To explore the medication rules and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for renal damage caused by chemotherapy based on the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform V1.5.7 software.Methods The Chinese medicine prescriptions for the treatment of chemotherapy-induced renal damage were collected by searching the three Chinese databases of China Knowledge Network,Chongqing Weipu,and Wanfang Database as well as the foreign language database of Pubmed from the establishment time of each database to May 1,2019.The information of the prescriptions was arranged with Excel table,and then the medication frequency,four properties,five tastes,meridian tropism,and therapeutic actions of the herbs as well as the herbal association rules were analyzed with ancient and modern medical record cloud platform V1.5.7 software,so as to explore the medication rules of the traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions.Results According to the included criteria and excluded criteria,a total of 35 articles were enrolled,involving 35 Chinese medicine prescriptions and 101 kinds of herbs.The herbs with the top five medication frequency were Radix Astragali,Poria,Fructus Corni,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,and Radix et Rhizoma Rhei.Most of the herbs had the mild warm propterties,and had sweet,bitter and pungent flavors.The herbs mostly had the meridian tropism of spleen,liver,and kidney meridians,and usually had the actions of clearing away heat and detoxifying,producing fluid and nourishing blood,and inducing diuresis and draining dampness.The herbal combinations of Poria and Radix Astragali,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Radix Astragali,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Poria had the higher frequency showed by the analysis of association rules.Conclusion Radix Astragali,Poria,and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae are the most commonly-used traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of renal damage caused by chemotherapy,and the primary methods for the treatment are the therapies of clearing away heat and detoxifying,invigorating spleen and draining dampness.
