摘要
目的观察并探讨对急性阑尾炎手术患者施行护理干预后,具有的降低术后并发症的作用。方法选取102例于2017年5月至2018年6月期间来我院接受手术治疗的急性阑尾炎患者为研究对象,按照入院的先后顺序将其分成两组,每组各51例,接受手术常规护理的为对照组,应用围术期综合护理干预的为观察组。统计两组患者的护理效果,并展开对比与评估。结果①手术相关指标方面,观察组患者术中出血量、手术时间、术后首次下床时间、术后首次排气时间以及住院天数均显著低于对照组,数据差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②患者护理满意度方面,观察组高达96.08%(49/51),与对照组的80.39%(41/51)相比明显升高(P<0.05)。③术后并发症发生率方面,观察组仅为7.84%(4/51),明显低于对照组的25.49%(13/51)(P<0.05)。结论通过对急性阑尾炎患者展开围术期综合护理干预,可有效缩短其治疗时间,加快身体的恢复,在降低术后并发症发生的同时,积极提高患者对护理服务的满意度,值得重视。
Objective To observe and discuss the effect of nursing intervention on reducing postoperative complications in patients with acute appendicitis surgery.Methods 102 patients with acute appendicitis who came to our hospital for surgical treatment from July,2017 to June,2016 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of admission,they were divided into two groups,51 patients in each group.Those who received routine nursing during surgery were the control group,and those who applied perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention were the observation group.The nursing effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed and compared.Results(1)In terms of operation-related indicators,patients in the observation group had significantly lower intraoperative blood loss,operation time,postoperative first time out of bed,postoperative first exhaust time and hospitalization days than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).(2)In terms of patient care satisfaction,the observation group was as high as 96.08%(49/51),which was significantly higher than 80.39%(41/51)of the control group(P<0.05).(3)The incidence of postoperative complications was only 7.84%(4/51)in the observation group,significantly lower than 25.49%(13/51)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with acute appendicitis can effectively shorten the treatment time,speed up the recovery of the body,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications at the same time,actively improve patients’satisfaction with nursing services,which is worthy of attention.
