摘要
循环流化床锅炉掺烧煤泥是处理煤泥等低质煤的有效手段之一,为了解决大屯热电厂燃煤供应中存在的环保风险及运输成本增高等问题,大屯热电厂急需建设与生产能力配套、高效环保、安全可靠的原料煤掺配工程。结合大屯热电厂的煤源、煤质、机组耗煤量、燃料运输等介绍其现有输煤系统,从厂区总平面布置、工艺选择、主设备技术条件、工艺布置、经济效益预测等构建大屯热电厂原料煤掺配工程方案设想,并从煤泥的掺烧方式、煤泥掺烧对循环流化床锅炉的影响、煤的干燥方法、工艺流程等方面重点阐述工艺选择。由分析表明,大屯热电厂原料煤掺配工程拟选用煤泥干燥后进行掺烧的方式并以自有蒸汽作为热源,煤泥和洗混煤采用旋翼式强制流态化干燥,干燥后与混煤进行配煤,接入大屯热电厂现有筛碎系统。大屯热电厂原料煤掺配工程的建设基于“五型”新大屯的发展愿景和目标,是上海能源公司转型发展期重点建设项目,可体现电力整合带来的新效应。原料煤掺配工程的建设有利于提高资源利用效率,减轻矿区生态环境污染,提高燃煤供应的可靠性,降低燃料成本及增加热电厂经济效益。
Burning with mixed coal slime in Circulating Fluidized Bed boiler is an effective way to treat low-quality coal.In order to solve the problems of environmental protection risk and increased transportation cost in coal fuel supply of Datun cogeneration power plant,the plant urgently needs to build a coal blending project with matching production capacity,high efficiency,environmental protection and safety.The existing coal conveying system of Datun cogeneration power plant was introduced combining with coal resource,coal quality,coal consumption of generator unit,and coal transportation.The scheme of coal blending project in Datun cogeneration power plant was constructed from general layout,process selection,technical conditions of main equipment,plant layout and economic benefit prediction,and from aspects such as process selection from the blending ways of coal slime,the influence of coal slime mixing burning on CFB boiler,coal drying methods,and process flow,the process selection was mainly described.The analysis shows that the coal blending project of Datun cogeneration power plant adopts the way of mixing and burning the dried coal slime with its own steam as the heat source.The coal slime and washed coal are dried by rotor type forced fluidization.After drying,the coal is blended with the mixed coal,and then connected to the existing screening and crushing system of the Datun cogeneration power plant.The construction of coal blending project of the Datun cogeneration power plant is based on the development vision and goal of“five type”new Datun.It is the key construction project of Shanghai Energy Company in the transformation and development period,which can reflect the new effect brought by power integration.The construction of the coal blending project is conducive to improve the efficiency of resource utilization,reduce the ecological environment pollution in the mining area,improve the reliability of coal supply,reduce fuel costs,and increase the economic benefits of the cogeneration power plant.
