摘要
针对某矿深部开拓掘进期间遇到的以砂岩泥岩互层为主的软岩巷道支护难题,在对其变形特征分析的基础上,通过岩体调查、膨胀性试验、地应力测试、松动圈理论分析、锚杆强度试验等策略,结合实践经验,认为岩性差、破碎带影响和复杂地质构造引起的地应力变化从而引起原支护系统强度不足是造成大面积巷道失稳的主要原因。基于兼顾凿岩台车设备效率需求而优选支护锚杆,并参考松动圈、组合拱理论计算调整锚杆参数,确定间排距1.1 m×1.1 m、长2.8 m的树脂锚杆+管缝注浆锚杆+湿喷纤维混凝土+钢网为主要支护方案。通过设置收敛变形监测点进行长期监测显示,总体巷道顶、帮、底收敛量均控制在20~30 mm,巷道基本保持稳定。
For the sandstone and mudstone interbedded soft rock roadways support problem encountered during the tunneling process of deep level roadway in a certain mine,analysis on its deformation characteristics was conducted,and several strategies were used to identify the reason of such deformation,including rock mass investigation,rock sample swelling test,geo-stress test,loose ring theory analysis,and anchor strength test.Combining with the practical experience,it’s considered that the large area of roadway deformation mainly caused by insufficient support strength sourced from poor rock condition,broken zone and high geo-stress induced by complicated tectonic compression.In view of the high efficiency of rock drilling equipment,the supporting bolt was selected,and the parameters of the bolt were calculated and adjusted by referring to the theory of Loose Ring and Composite Arch,and the main supporting scheme was determined to be resin bolt+grouting split set+fiber reinforced wet shotcrete+steel mesh with the bolt spacing of 1.1 m×1.1 m and the bolt length of 2.8 m.Through setting convergence deformation monitoring points,long-term monitoring showed that the overall convergence of the back,side and base of the roadway were controlled at about 20-30 mm,and the roadway was basically stable.
