摘要
目的观察改良眉下切口提升术改善上睑皮肤松弛状态的临床效果,探讨适应证.方法2019年3-10月,黄寺整形亚运村门诊为32例(年龄43~68岁,平均53.62岁)女性患者行眉下切口改良提升术.结果32例患者在眉下切口的提升术后,伤口均一期愈合.术后上睑松弛下垂的情况均得到了明显改善,术前有重睑线的患者重睑线重新显现,上睑呈现年轻化状态,无切口愈合不良及感染,无切口瘢痕及脱眉等手术并发症,且眉毛外形较术前均无明显改变,患者满意度较高.结论改良眉下切口提升术术后眉弓饱满,眉毛形态以及眉眼间距较术前无明显变化.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the improved eyebrow lifting operation through the incision under the eyebrow to improve the upper eyelid skin relaxation and explore its ap-plication scope.Methods From March to October 2019,32 female patients in the outpatient depart-ment of Huangsi Plastic Surgery Hospital underwent the improved eyebrow lifting operation through the incision under the eyebrow.Results After the improved eyebrow lifting procedure,the blephar-optosis of the upper eyelid in 32 patients was significantly improved,and there was no operative com-plication,and the eyebrow shape and eyebrow arch fullness were satisfactory.Conclusions The eye-brow arch is full,and the eyebrow shape and the distance between eyebrow and eye are not changed significantly after the operation.
