摘要
目的探讨生活技能和社交技能训练对精神分裂症患者生活能力和社会功能的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年4月-2019年4月滁州市第二人民医院收治的86例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,并采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例。对照组以药物维持治疗配合一般康复活动,观察组在药物维持治疗的基础上接受系统的生活和社交技能训练。12周后,比较两组患者阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、ADL量表、住院精神患者社会功能评定量表(SSPI)得分。结果干预后,观察组患者PANSS各维度得分均低于对照组,两组得分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者ADL得分高于对照组,两组得分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者SSPI各维度得分均高于对照组,两组得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生活和社会技能训练可改善精神分裂症患者的精神症状,提升其日常生活能力及社会功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of life skills and social skills training on the living ability and social function of patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 86 patients with schizophrenia who were admitted and treated from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected in the Second People's Hospital of Chuzhou as research objects by the convenience sampling.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was given drug maintenance therapy combined with general rehabilitation activities while the observation group was given systematic life and social skills training on the basis of drug maintenance therapy.After 12 weeks,scores of the Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS),Activities of Daily Living(ADL)Scale and Scale of Social Function in Psychosis Inpatients(SSPI)were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,PANSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group in all dimensions,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ADL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,SSPI scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in all dimensions,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Life and social skills training can significantly improve the mental symptoms of patients with schizophrenia and improve their daily living ability and social functions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
